Great emphasis is laid on discipline and students are expected to maintain a high standard of discipline.
Mobile phone. bikes are strictly prohibited inside the college campus. If any student is found with mobile phone and bike in the college campus (even in outside with college uniform) he/ she will be One with Rs. 500/- and the mobile phone and bikes will be ceased.
Violation of rules, unsatisfactory progress, irregular clearance of college fees, adoption of unfair means during examination etc. may lead to suspension or expulsion from the college.
If any student damages the college property intentionally he is liable to been the value of it Authority may take legal action against him/her.
Students are not allowed to go outside during class hours even with their guardian without informing the college authority.
All power for maintenance of discipline are rested with the principal of the institution and his/her decision shall be final in all such matters.
Without proper clearance of Tuition Fees / Dues for the current session, students will not be allowed to appear in the final examination.
It is compulsory that students must wear uniform as prescribed by the college.
After completing the process of registration if a student becomes disinterested in the institute due to any reason whatever and wants to take his/her money back, the institute will not refund the money deposite fpr registration/admission fees.
Any change of address & phone number should be notified in writing to the office within 7 days.xii) A student who is late by 10 minutes for classes/test will not be allowed to enter the class room.
The present Academic session starts from June 2020 to may 2021. Student must pay the fees for the whole academic session.
If any occurs in the promises Renaissance Jr College due to natural calamity of any types such as earthquake, floods, fire electric short circuit etc. the institute will not be responsible in any manner whatever.
Disciplinary committee has been formed to take disciplinary action against those who break the rules and regulation of the college. In the meeting. the parents or the guardians along with the concerned student must be present. The Members of the disciplinary committee consist of —1. Principal, 2. President, 3. Girin Borah, 4.
